We apologise that your item was not to your expectations.
We will accept returns for any reason and will issue a full refund (in case of collection items) or store credit (in case of sale items) within 14 days after your order is delivered and product is in original state (unworn, undamaged, hangtags still attached). Unfortunately we cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges or shipping fees for returns. Refunds will be done at the price paid upon original purchase.
Once item(s) are received and inspected, the refund or store credit will be issued for returned items. If any exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the preferred item using the store credit issued. We are not responsible for risk or loss or damage during return shipment.
