1. Which size should I get?
Our clothing fits true to size; however other items have an oversized fit. We advise you to look at the product page of the item you're interested in for specific sizing information.
2. The clothing item that I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
Our apologies that the item that you are interested in is out of stock. Most of our products will not be re-stocked because of low quantity manufacturing, to save guard the exclusivity of our products and most important for ecological reasons.
3. The purchased clothing item is damaged. What should I do?
Our apologies that the item that you purchased is damaged. You can contact our service center by mail, and we’ll provide you with a solution. Please do not send damaged items back to us without contacting us first.
4. How do I take care of my items?
All our clothing items come with a care label. We strongly recommend you follow this label. If you have more questions or need further advice let us know through e-mail.
Orders & Delivery
1. I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
It can take a few hours to get a confirmation e-mail after placing your order. Please also check your spam inbox.
2. I’ve just ordered, is it still possible to change or cancel my order?
Once your order is processed, it’s no longer possible to cancel or change the order. As soon as the order has arrived you can send us an email and we will process your return as soon as we received the order back. We then we will process your return and your purchase amount will be refunded.
3. What is the status of my order?
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an additional email with the tracking information.
4. What is the delivery time of my order?
Deliveries within the European Union:
From 7 to 10 working days
Deliveries in all other countries:
From 9 to 12 working days

Issues that could occur:
Did you get the notification ‘Payment failed’ after you went through the payment procedure?
There are a few solutions: delete your cookies and cache data, use a different browser or use a different payment method. If this doesn’t solve the problem, please contact us.
If you have used a credit card that wasn't linked to your shipping address, the ordered will be cancelled automatically for fraud prevention purposes. Depending on your payment method, you will receive the purchase amount within 1 to 7 days.
If the purchase amount has been deducted from your bank account and the order failed, then please contact us as soon as possible, so we can start processing your order. Please send us a screenshot of the payment and we will send you the product.
3. How will my order be refunded in the case of a return or wrong item?
If you returned your order and selected ‘money restitution’ we will refund you as soon as possible within the 14 days of receiving your return. We always refund the amount to the bank account/credit card you used to place the order.
